Overview

The Weeping Branch is a limited, multi-harvest, Transcendent crop that was added in the second part of the Halloween Event.

The Weeping Branch is classified as a Woody, Magical, and Spooky type crop, meaning it will be affected by items targeted at those specific crop types.

Ability

Gradually mutates nearby plants evolving them from Wilted to Withered to Desolate.

Note: It does not apply the ability to favorited plants but it can evolve the Wilted mutation when favorited.

Appearance

The Weeping Branch appears to be a simple dark gray stem curving off into two. It's tree appears to be a dark trunk featuring small green patches. Alike in color to the produce itself, containing a black hole in its middle featuring yellow glowing eyes inside. Its seed appears to be a dark gray hill-like structure with two glowing yellow eyes emerging from a hole in the center.

Obtainment

The Weeping Branch can be obtained by getting it as a random reward from the Dead Tree quests starting as a 0.5% chance, each consecutive set of tasks completed adds an additional 0.37% bonus to the Weeping Branch seed's chance.

• It is the fifth transcendent crop to be added to the game, the others being Bone Blossom, Maple Resin, Crimson Thorn and Great Pumpkin.
• This is the third crop to have a special ability, the others being Golden Egg and Great Pumpkin.
• The chances of obtainment increases for every set of tasks completed, 0.88%, 1.25%, 1.62%, etc.
• The chances to get this was 0.5% until it was changed during the Halloween Event Part 3.
• This is currently the only transcendent crop that can't be directly bought with Robux.
• There are five known versions of a fully grown Weeping Branch:
  • 1. No holes and triangle-orange eyes on its trunk
  • 2. There’s a hole with triangle-orange eyes on its trunk, with the tree having an animation of falling dark particles.
  • 3. There’s a hole but with no triangle-orange eyes present on its trunk, with the said hole of the tree having an animation of flying bats.
  • 4. There are two holes with triangle-orange eyes inside, one on the tree itself and the other on the trunk
  • 5. The tree yields no notable features and is simply a blank tree.
