Grow a Garden Wiki

Overview[]

The Grow a Garden Trade World, also known as the Farmers Market or Trading Plaza, is a separate experience added as the main part of part 2 of the Trader Event. It cannot be entered through the front page of Roblox and requires the player to join the main Grow a Garden experience

Entering[]

The Trade World can be entered through these requirements:

  • Players can tap the GUI above the Guide and when it opens, click on "Travel to the Farmers Market"
  • Go to the Trader Event Island, then go to the portal, then click "Enter"
  • Players can use the same methods to teleport back when in the trading experience

Mechanics[]

Trade Booths[]

Main page: Trade Booths

When players join the game, they will claim a booth. They start off with the default wooden booths, before they can change the colour of it with the Elemental Container and change its appearance by the Artisan Container. They can also obtain it from other booths only if the players put them

Trading and Currency[]

The main currency used for this experience is Trade Tokens. Players can obtain Trade Tokens by putting pets, crop produces or Trade Booths (if they have any) onto their stalls. They will have to set a price of Trade Tokens for the item (Minimum TradeToken 1). They have to wait for another player to come and buy the item, so they can earn the amount, which is the price they set (Which is deduced, maximum TradeToken 10 deducted.) They can also unlist the item.

Additionally, they can purchase Trade Tokens with Robux (Robux 2019 Logo Black Robux). Every token cost Robux 2019 Logo Black 1. There are prices of Robux 2019 Logo Black 50, Robux 2019 Logo Black 250, Robux 2019 Logo Black 1000, Robux 2019 Logo Black 5000 and Robux 2019 Logo Black 25,000

Sheckles, the main game currency, is useless in this experience.

GUIs[]

Tokens[]

The Tokens GUI is located above on the left of three UIs. Upon clicking on it, it shows the Trade Tokens prices when purchased using Robux.

Booth[]

Upon clicking, it teleports the player to their booth. If they didn't claim, they will be sent randomly to an empty booth. This is identical to the "Garden" GUI.

Index[]

It shows all pets, crops and booth skins regardless of whether the player owns it before. Upon clicking on one, there will be a "Find Sellers" button to check if there are online sellers of the pet, a graph and a RAP.

Shop[]

Main article: Limited Time Shop

The shop is where the players obtain their daily free rewards, a Booth Sign and increase their inventory.

Trade[]

This UI is also shown in the main game. Here, they can see their trade history, trade settings and the tokens passed during trading.

Inventory removal[]

When players join this game, all seeds, gears (Except the Trading Ticket) and food is removed from their inventory.

Portal NPCs[]

There are two Portal NPCs: Portal Pete (On the main game island) and Portal Paul (On the Trade Island). They claim to be brothers and Paul introduce to the player what to do on the island.
