== Overview ==
The '''Mutation Sprays''' are [[Gears]] added in the [[Update Log/1.10.0|Crafters Update]]. 

Special Sprays are variants of [[Cleaning Spray]]; unlike them, players can use them on other players' crops too. When equipped, the spray will highlight a fruit to be sprayed; after being used, it will be removed from the player's inventory. They can also be called Mutation Sprays.

== Trivia ==

* The player can't apply a mutation with mutation spray if the crop already has it.
* The more of the same kind of spray the player has, the more full the spray bottle looks in the player's hand when they hold it out.
* After its release, the Mutation Spray Disco was removed due to its negative feedback from players, implying that the [[Crop Mutations|Disco Mutation]] should stay rare.
* Mutation Sprays can also apply mutation to others' plants.
* For a short period of time, players could get 3 Mutation Spray Glimmerings and a crafting time of 2 minutes 30 seconds altogether, this feature was shortly removed most likely due to being too overpowered.
* The Mutation Spray Merchant has been removed prior to the [[Update Log/1.24.0|Fall Event Part 2]].
** Later, the remaining Mutation Sprays were removed, leaving Mutation Spray Cloudtouched the only spray to be obtainable.
