The Halloween Merchant is a limited time merchant that sells items from the Halloween Event. It spawns on October 31st and is next to the Seed Shop for 24 hours with all items being on stock, similar to the 4th of July Merchant.
The items can either be bought with 
Sheckles or 
Robux.
The NPC operating the shop is unnamed, but is a girl.

The Merchant resembles a white clown wearing a black dress with part of her legs being revealed.

- All of the Halloween Merchant's prices (Excluding the Skull and Cemetery Fence) have the number "13" hidden in them.
- This is very likely because 13 is often associated with bad luck, and Friday the 13th, which can link to Halloween.
