The Fairy Godmother is an NPC introduced during the Fairy Event. Her main role is to upgrade the wishing well.

What does the wishing well do?	“Offer Glimmering fruit at the fountain to power it up! Fulfilling the fountain's tasks will power it up instantly! When the fountain is powered up, you will be granted a wish!”	Dialogue
