I'll go first: I think the best divine is the Maple Apple. It has an excellent sell price because of the fruit capacity per tree, can grow huge, and it looks great!
I think the best prismatic is the Wispwing. It looks amazing and it's animated, can grow huge, great sell price, etc!
I think the best transcendent is the Bone Blossom. Not to be one of those BB glazers, but I think that it looks... different than the other plants, it grows massive, best sell price of any fruit, etc.

P.S. Maple Apple is better than its rip-off, Maple Resin.

The Maple Resin is 100% a copy paste fruit. The tree design directly copies the Maple Apple, the seed resembles the Cyclamen and the Amber Spine, and the produce (resin) looks akin to the Amber Spine.
It doesn't deserve the Transcendent rank.
