I was just trying out the starfruit i got from the summer event, i have 8 toucans just for the honeysuckle method that used to work, so i dont know what to do with them now

I only used toucans btw, dont mind the sprinklers in my inventory

This was a req from the person I pinged, anyway i know its real but whos busy making starfruit cupcakes? This recipe should be quite easy! This would maybe taste good with some citrus frosting...

Starfruit cupcakes:

Ingredients

For the cupcakes:

• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

• 1 ½ tsp baking powder

• ¼ tsp salt

• ½ cup unsalted butter (room temp)

• ¾ cup granulated sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• ½ cup milk

• 1 ripe starfruit and 1/2 of a starfruit (the whole is thinly sliced, the starfruit half is chopped into small pieces)

. Zest of 1 lime (optional for extra zing)

For the frosting

• ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)

• 2 cups powdered sugar

• 2 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice

• Zest of 1 lime or lemon

• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350°F . Line a 12-cup muffin tin.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and lime zest.

4. Mix in the dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.

5. Gently fold in the diced starfruit.

1. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full. Press one slice of starfruit gently into the top of each.

2. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

3. Let cool completely.

1. Beat butter until smooth and creamy.

2. Gradually add powdered sugar, citrus juice, zest, and a pinch of salt.

3. Whip until light and fluffy. Add more juice if needed for consistency.

• Pipe the frosting onto cooled cupcakes.

• Top with an extra starfruit slice
