I did the recipe for transendant burger
So basically event plants can get a lucky harvest but its like WAY rarer then normal. For instance, Cacao and Grand Tomato are both Divine. Getting a Grand Tomato from a lucky harvest would be like 10x rarer than getting a Cacao.
Also Lucky Harvests for event plants are normal rarity DURING THE EVENT
