At 0% to 10% it will look like a bamboo shoot which will look like this.
The bamboo shoot is harvestable. then at 11% and later it will turn into a normal bamboo. the normal bamboo is unharvestable until fully grown. (the shoots at 0% to 10% grown are harvestable)
