Every pack still means the same chance for sunflower, u can't say its guaranteed in 200 packs

(also thats how places get u to spend more money cus u think its 1 sunflower/200 packs but it doesn't mean ur 100% gonna get it)

@ApricotOfTheForest nailed it. It's like flipping a coin. Even if you get tails 10 times in a row, the chance of getting heads on the next flip is still 50%. Each seed pack is a new, independent chance. If there was a pity system, yes, there would be a 50% chance you get sunflower in 100 packs. But there isn't sadly.
